Pastor
Darren is passionate about making Northcote Church a beacon of love and kindness - a community where everyone is truly welcome, affirmed and empowered to thrive. He is committed to breaking down barriers so that all can fully belong and flourish. Alongside his leadership at Northcote Church, Darren serves as a Chaplain at Brixton Prison and is part of the Ministerial Committee for the London Baptist Association, supporting the next generation of Ministers on their journey to Ordination. He is excited to see this community continue to grow, evolve and embody love in action.

Family & Community
Lauren dreams of a world where everyone can feel loved and accepted just as they are and would love this church community to reflect just that! She cares very much about vulnerable people and heads up the UK side of a charity supporting kids and families living in poverty in Zimbabwe.

Trustee
Erika is a lawyer. She loves traveling, tasting new foods, experimenting with new cultures and making new friends!
Erika saw what it meant to be like Jesus when she worked at a homeless charity, distributing food, providing clothes and fresh washing for the homeless on the streets of Rio.

Ali is a psychotherapist who runs a local group practice. She loves the values of Northcote Church, and the deep sense of community that is nurtured through all it does. Ali serves the church by offering pastoral support to the staff team.

Children’s Worker
Nia cares deeply about people and how we are compassionate towards others despite their circumstances. Nia enjoys being creative and spending her time being active, reading books, or being with her friends!

Creative & Strategy
David is passionate about fostering a brave space where people are welcome and included as their most authentic self. He is a qualified therapist and runs a private practice locally.

Trustee
Felipe started his career in a beverage factory and is a Supply Chain Executive for Unilever. Felipe has had the opportunity to live in many places in Brazil, Belgium, Chile and now the UK. He loves cooking and traveling. Felipe also likes watching TV boxsets and experimenting new foods, places and cultures!

Trustee
Janet is Dance Movement Psychotherapist. Janet loves how easy going Northcote Church is and how welcoming it has been to so many people including in her own experience, towards her and her family.
